Off to the hospital for testing, endoscopy so they can get a good look at my heart and see if the blood clot is gone.

They put it in your endo? No that's a colonoscopy, then they put it in your endo. But either one, endoscopy or colonscopy, the prep is worse than the procedure. Last night at Evan's place.

Good morning.
Hey, Bob, the Red Sox pulled off a miracle and moved back ahead of your Yankees. Hope you have a better day today.
Got to get some groceries and then try to remake myself into a musician for the open mic tonight.
Happy Wednesday.

G'Day. After a two week stretch of steady sunny 90+ degree days, a well-recieved cool front has rolled in with 75 degree temps and the promise of some rain. Hooray!

Back from Mr. H's eye injection. He's doing better than expected, all because of of a new treatment that involves twice daily drops of what is normally a glaucoma medication. This makes the injection for macular degeneration work better. Big sigh of relief here.
We're having a beautiful monsoon. Many days with some rain and highs are in the 80s. I did manage to get the remainder of my mesquite branches cut up before (and some during) today's first rain. Before the second storm hit, we got our walk done.
Our seasonal waterfall is running and everything is green. Makes for lots of yard work, but worth it.

I'z here Here be home Niki is thrilled that we are home. Sy is happy that we are home but pretending she doesn't care Niki is greyer than when we left. The plumber is coming at 6:30 Fri morning so turned the water back on and will just pay for the extra water pumped out of the irrigation system that won't shut off. Flushing and showering are important. Monsoon arrived 1/2 hour after us. 45mph winds and rain. Glad to be home. Will finish unloading the car in the morning. 2894 miles and the Escape got 27.1mpg.

Oops. Sorry. You can even the score by pointing out that at the bluegrass festival I'm attending tomorrow, every single band has a banjo, a loud banjo.
