Good morning.
We'll be around 40 degrees for the next few days, not bad but not warm enough for me to want to do yard work. Wrapping up February. Have another eye pressure check tomorrow morning which will probably put me back on the expensive drops. I sure was hoping the cheap ones would work but they don't.
Happy Wednesday.

Good morning. 14F/-10C Mostly sunny. Yesterdays 1/2" possible turned into several inches of snow overnight and my truck is buried again, I'll clean it off later before I do errands. Wintertime is my busy season for guitar repair but it is also the time when a lot of customers get reluctant to venture out and pick up those repairs. Because of our nastier than average weather this winter people have been very reluctant (or I've told them that it's just too nasty out) and I've ended up with a lot of repaired guitars sitting around. Yesterday and today seems to be the days everyone wants to brave the winter weather and come get their guitar, bless them. My bank account is going to think I won the lottery. Pine Island 78F. 21 Days til Spring.

Back in Iowa, drinking coffee and thinking about doing taxes. Drive home yesterday from Wisconsin was easy, roads were all clear and dry. The interesting part of the drive was on Hwy 150 from Independence to Urbana, about 13 miles. There probably 10 places where the snow that they had plowed off the road was higher than the truck. In two places they had used a snowblower to cut there way through the drifts. Glad I wasn't trying to drive through there Sunday morning!

Heyyyyy..... Been busy listening to the two versions of "In the Living Years". Not a whole lot on my plate today. Guess I best get busy in the kitchen today and remedy that.

Slippery roads here. About an inch of snow hiding the ice beneath it. Tow trucks will be busy today, and repair shops busy for the next few months.

Good afternootn. Heading in to try convince the Superintendent that we need spend $1,500 on our bridge for "Footloose". Happily, my budget request is coinciding with Menard's 11% off week.
