Good morning.
Made it to Maryland and back yesterday but had to call the bank this morning and report that I didn't buy tires. Every time we've had bogus credit card charges it's been after a trip to Maryland. So now I'll have to wait for the new cards and then change the settings on all the accounts that auto-bill the card. I hate it when that happens but at least this time I don't have any outstanding charges planned for a week anyway.
The trip didn't bother my ability to walk for a change but my left hand cramped so guitar playing will be iffy for a couple of days.
The Pats are 7 and 0. Trump's still President. Have a good Tuesday.

Good morning. I'll have coffee with a friend at 9:00, start some green chile with pork for dinner and then meet with the tree guy. He'll give me a depressing estimate for trimming and removing trees in our yard. That's the cost of having shade, I guess. Age hasn't impaired my ability to do most things but my equilibrium gets shaky when I'm on a ladder so I'm not going to tackle the trees myself. Have a good day.

The guys are here putting in the furnace. The Tony Rice that was playing on the echo stopped. I guess Alexa doesn't know as many Tony Rice songs as I do. She ran out. Anyway, one of the guys looked up from his work and said, "What happened to the music? ...I love that stuff." Turns out he's from Kentucky. I knew that because when I asked him where he was from, he answered with the name of the county, not the State. That's what Kentuckians do. Anyway, he said he doesn't play but just about everyone else in his family does. "I don't have nothing in these fingers."

Kentucky has good music.
Another hot day in the desert. The Vespa battery Iowa’s dead when I got here. But it charged up on a trickle charger so we will see if it holds. Off to the car wash to knock the big chunks off a very dirty F-150. Then to a bakery for some good sandwich bread, then we need to see about why my auto gate opener doesn’t work on the gates in this community. After that it’s everyone for themselves.

Chilly, windy, and rainy. Actually, Chilly, Windy, and Rainy performed at Woodstock. They came on late right after CCR. Sadly, they broke up as a band but stayed together as a personal injury law firm in Chicago.
Anyway, it is a fairly crappy day out there.

?? Probably "was dead" with a goofy autocorrect. Yep. Auto correct is a oxymoron. Correct auto would be a Porsche. Mike
