I knew if I started a daily someone else would too. Deleted mine.
Good morning. Yesterday I had a wonderful but cold and fairly taxing hike at sunrise. I could tell I wasn't 20 any more. Today not much is planned. Enjoy your day.

Good morning.
Cool and very wet here. When I got up DirecTV couldn't see the satellite. Fortunately it came back before the birds got up so they're watching Andy Griffith which will keep them quiet for awhile.
Sent our passport renewal paperwork in just after Christmas. I got an email saying mine was in process but nothing on Mary's. I gave it a couple of weeks but still nothing. I sent an email to the passport office but they replied that she'd have to call their 877 number because they couldn't talk to me about it. So, I got her to call. First agent she got couldn't help because he handles west coast and we're east coast but he did give her a case number, one higher than mine so that was progress. She called again and got a woman who eventually figured out they had Mary's middle name in as her last name in the system and she said she'd fix it. I'll give it a couple of days and hope it got fixed. We don't have any travel plans made but we're coming up on our 50th anniversary so I should probably do something. I've looked at cruises, we took one for our 35th. Carnival appears to sail from Norfolk to Nassau in early May so that's a possible. We went to Bermuda for our 35th but it really wasn't warm enough to enjoy the water. Nassau might be better. I have to figure out what my body might be willing to do in May. Last May I could barely walk but it's a lot better now. I just don't know if this will last.
Happy Tuesday.

Good morning, tribe. Her Babziness and I spent a pleasant and enlightening 90 minutes last evening at a presentation for Sitka Salmon Shares, which employs Alaskan fishermen on small boats who use sustainable practices, have each fish bled out and on ice within an hour of being caught, and have their own processing plant in Sitka where the boats return after no more than three days at sea. The fish is processed, flash-frozen and packaged, flown to the Midwest distribution center in Chicago, then trucked to smaller centers in Milwaukee, Madison and the Twin Cities.
You sign up like you would for produce in a CSA, and the boxes are delivered by SSS employees in Chicago and the other cities I mentioned -- elsewhere in the Midwest, FedEx does the delivery. Their subscribers now number about 10,000.
The quality is incredible, and there is a nice mix of various kinds of salmon, cod, rockfish, prawns, etc. Barb and I have split the cost of a four-month program in the past, which works out just right for our one-person households.
The SSS host last night brought out some sockeye that he had just pulled out of the oven, along with some spot-prawn ceviche and rye-sourdough bread, plus ice-cold Bauhaus pilsner. THAT didn't suck!

I am up. Ruminating. Not complaining
I'm not figuring out my day.
Yesterday - I was in the Passport Office. I had to give a expedited fee. $249. Two weeks. Today - I am at the Motel6. Boring. I have food.....

y'all talk with the phone? or on the Internet? Bob, I think he’s talking about the voices we hear in our heads, Mike Are you thinking about yourself? Or you thinking about your good friends & relatives? This isn’t about Schizophrenia or Dementia or Paranoia. I worked a patient - she had three disorders

Progress is being made. Yesterday I raked up 3 lawn bags worth of leaves from our tiny back yard and patio. We have no trees, so this was all from trees in the common area. We also unloaded our last truck load of stuff from the old house and took down our Christmas tree. We've been too busy with moving and medical stuff and now the process of getting the old house sold. Today's agenda includes buying groceries and renting a safe deposit box. We will eventually clean out and discontinue the box that we now have. Driving 80 miles each way to access it is not convenient.

The voices in my head told me to tell you I’m joking, Bob. Mike I love humor. I worked a patient- schizophrenia/dementia/paranoia She is a wonderful lady. I worked for four hours. I felt like it was 10 hours. I had two jobs. Now I are retired. ....... If I ever live this Senior Apartment Building - Fairfax CA I might even work a little bit with this person.
