It is dark, cold, too early to be up, and there is no coffee. I am going back to bed. You folks do what you want.

I don't like waking when it's still dark outside.
My mother would have been 88 today...
Take heart. It's almost Friday.

Good morning.
Looks to be the last "Warm" day for awhile so I should pick up the fallen branches while I have the chance. It's windy though so I could get hit by a falling branch. I'll have to think about that.
I suspect Winter's still coming.
Happy Thursday.

Chilly here, 6-below, but where ePaul lives, it's 25-below, so I guess I should be feeling toasty.

Shorts and tee shirts in Orlando. I'm working to support the Red Headed Killer's hunting habit.
She sent me a text to report that she shot at a "nice buck". She notified the club's head honcho who has tracking dogs. I hope she gets him so she will get it out of her system and we can move on to other locales.

Good morning. I don't want to be up in the dark either but I have duty at the food bank. It's cloudy and we'll see 50-70. Enjoy your day.

It is dark, cold, too early to be up, and there is no coffee. I am going back to bed. You folks do what you want. The horror. The horror. I got coffee. I also have a sinus headache, but I’ve taken a Sudafed and some acetaminophen. I was hoping that I’d sleep through the night with the resolution of the oil tank issue gone, but nope. Up at 3:30. Sigh. This too will pass. It’s enough to make a guy want to investigate CBDs. Rented a storage unit yesterday, moved some boxes into it and the lawnmower. More packing today, and maybe a run out to the unit. It’s soooo weird to be packing up after 26 years. Also, I think I’ll need to run over to Guitar center and see if they have any used beater guitar cases for the old Harmony I have. When I bought the Seagull they sold me a case for a buck, not pretty but it works. Something like that would be perfect. Mike

Tuesday evening my Timex Ironman watch died, it was probably 10 years old. Decided I'd stop at Target after work yesterday and buy a new one. Target did not have any watches. Drove to Walmart, they didn't have any watches either. Amazon Prime will deliver my new watch Friday. No skiing or work today, think I'll just stay inside and take it easy.

Does anyone else still have two houses on their block with Christmas lights burning?

Me, me, me!!! Just took down the lit deer lawn ornaments, but the wreath is still blazing away on the front facing wall. Gotta be able to find our way to the garage when returning in the dark. Makes a handy excuse to leave it up.

Relatively warm and continued rainy here. Supposed to turn cold (by our standards) late in the weekend.
Flu is still here.

Doing initial work on our taxes today after getting Turbotax installed yesterday. Plus laundry and miscellaneous chores. And keeping fingers crossed that this morning's buyer's inspection on our old house doesn't turn up anything major. Probably won't know until next week. Got the packet from the title company yesterday and need to fill out a bunch of forms. Still need to get the well inspection. Am so looking forward to getting the place sold and not having to deal with any of this or go down there anymore.
A very important milestone. Tried our fifth pizza place here in Tucson last night and finally found the one. Only a couple miles from the house too.

Time keeping has migrated to smart phones I guess.

Unfortunately, it's the worst of the 15 or so pizza places in Plainfield. Our favorite pizza place is 25 miles away, which is, ironically, a good thing. If it were close I would be 50 pounds fatter.
