Just doing a bit of poking around, and noticed a post from our new member, Rob from Plano, from a few days ago.
He included a link to an absolutely lovely video he put together. Didn't seem that it got much traction at the time, so I thought I'd put a little sunshine on it.
Just wonderful stuff:

Love the video.
Hi Rob!
Yes, not new. Rob kindly put me up for a night as I was helping a friend move to Kansas in the wake of Katrina. Good guy, nice place, great family. And highly creative, as you can see.

That is so nice! I'm surprised is slipped by us if it was put up before. I love it all but if I had to name my very favorite thing about it, Rob, it would be your thought process. I'm glad this came up again!

Thanks, fellows. I make these things and enter them in festivals and share with friends, music videos being more interesting if they have a story, or at least a theme. As my brutally frank daughter once said, "No one wants to look at you just sitting in a chair. It's not interesting." Ooh, that smarted ! But I knew she was right. A more ambitious music video I have on Vimeo now called "Missing New Orleans" got some awards last year. No more of those -- too HARD!
We can collaborate on these things if you're interested. I have a few in the pipeline, though shorter and illustrated more simply. Or I can show you how to make your own if you already have someone you like to play with.
And yeah, good to see everyone. I remember all of you guys, of course, at least those who were here in the beginning and the ones I met at IJam years ago.
Thanks again for viewing, and to Fauxmaha for resurrecting it.

Exquisite, Rob! Congrats! So good to have you back in our midst. Thanks, Bill. How's the wrist? And what's in your stable these days? Thanks for asking, Rob. Both wrist/thumb joints have deteriorated significantly (no cartilage left) to where I have basically stopped playing, sad to say. My guitar fleet is down to my beloved 2002 Goodall Grand Concert and an awesome Terry Kennedy 12-fret slothead OOO with Adirondack top and primo double-sided mahogany back and sides that Terry built in 2016.
