A week of Mistral winds finally subsided. Replaced by rain. Good for guilt free shop time.

Good morning. I bought groceries a little after 6:00 to take advantage of senior hour. I just made biscuits and gravy for the first time. It's not the healthiest breakfast around but I think there's room for the occasional indulgence. Zoom social event in half an hour.
Keep on the sunny side.

Correction, "It's July 18 ALL y'all." And a pretty one at that, sunny and perhaps a little to warm. High predicted at 88. That's mid eastern states temps, not northern New England. Down East it's even hotter.

Good morning.
The sun came out and it's warmer. Summer may come yet.
I got the pool cleaned up from the storms and I got the large downed branch cut up. Now I just need to get the mower and cart out and move the deadwood out to the burn pile which is already too big to burn. My back will probably be protesting tomorrow. Think I'll start a go-fund-me for BLM, aka back lives matter. So far though not bad for a broken down 72 year old.
Have a safe Thursday.

It's a bird morning here, hummers are out in force, fledglings are getting in practice, three different kinds of swallows dive bombing the fresh cut grass, or the pond. Haven't scene the heron, but it's a crafty bugger, surprising how something that big can hide so well.
More mowing in store, then try to find out why the pickup died, no rest for the retired.
Better days y'all
