Morning all.
My hooves are aged, but still work well, thank the Lord.
I'll try goosing a nova today.

Good morning
Up and almost at em. Stayed up rather late because I took a LONG nap yesterday and slept quite well last night. No errands to do so I'll see how much shop time I can put in today. I still move, and have to move, very slowly in the shop. But I'm getting there little by little.
Yesterday I said I might take my girl out for prime rib tonight but no. Instead I will make French Onion Chicken for her, almost as favored as Stroganoff, she won't mind. But I will take her out for breakfast tomorrow. Joseph's does really good Eggs Benedict.

I have discovered, through trial and error, that it is better NOT to fall out of bed in the middle of the night. Falling out of bed, in the middle of the night, can be quite jarring, and one can suffer contusions, say if their head hits the nightstand. If you have the choice of either staying in bed, or falling out, may I suggest that you stay in bed, as it’s much more comfortable.
The above is a public service announcement of the wounded surfers geezers group,

Mike.....I did that once. Only it was from a queen bed Barb and I had, with the drawers built into the base. Left you sleeping somewhere in the nosebleed section.
Hey millring.....is that a .....mugshot?

Did that once as a kid, from the top bunk, only once.

Leaves are really starting to show some color around the lake, probably should come up next week and take some pictures.
Ordered a new dock this morning, it'll be installed next spring after the ice goes out.

Made some buffalo drumsticks in the Instantpot. It took about 60 minutes from start to table, and they were delicious. I bought 14 drumsticks, Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing sauce and chicken broth. Put 10 ounces of broth into the bottom of the pot. Put the rack in the pot, set it for 12 minutes. After 12 minutes or so, preheat the broiler. Let the pot depressurize for 14 minutes (some pots do this automatically). Remove drumsticks, place on a baking sheet covered with tinfoil, slather with Sweet Baby Ray's sauce, broil for 5 minutes, turn and broil other side. Done.
Open a cold beverage and dive in. Serve carrot stick and salary sticks on the side.

I want a hospital bed with rails for Christmas. Preferably with an overhead trapeze.
Decent day here. Outdoor patio gig tonight. Possibly the last of the year.

Fell out of a top bunk as a kid, not sure what age, but too young to be on a top bunk. Also fell off/with a slide in our yard that hadn't yet been bolted down and broke my hand when I was 4. This may explain my lifelong fear of heights.
Spent some time today dinking around with settings for the sound on the clip-on camera/mic for my computer. Lots of noise when recording, problem not resolved. Will have to try a couple of other devices, as I've decided to join the church virtual choir. Rehearsals are on Zoom. The director then has each singer send in a video recording, which he somehow pieces together to use at a service.
I'm still going to participate in Zoom rehearsals for the other group that I just joined for at least one more session and see how it goes. It's not like I don't have free time to do both for the foreseeable future. And still have time to play guitar and continue to learn keyboard.

It’s Friday in North Conway. Gorgeous day and a gorgeous walk at echo, echo, echo lake. Then we shopped and dined. All in all perfect holiday weather and times with my honey.
