Actually, I stumbled upon the photo on facebook, but really admire the engineering that went into the wheels. Springs instead of air.

This is the Swiss Army bicycle? I've always wanted one, to go with my knife and watch, especially as I can now actually cycle in Switzerland.

I have seen movies of WWI French troops riding to the front on bikes like that. They had little lycra pantaloons.

By the time you got the damned gun out of there you’d have been shot four times. Now, a nice little turret between the handlebars. THAT would clear out the peloton quickly.

I don't remember who it was, maybe Curtis Strange, but I remember a golfer being interviewed after his Saturday round. He was asked what he thought he needed to shoot on Sunday to win. He said "The rest of the field."
