Why don’t we all drink some disinfectant? That was Trumps first fix for the problem. 🤣 Really? Do you have a source for that? Mike

Really? Do you have a source for that? Mike So for, what? The third time, he didn't say that. That's tape of him not saying that for heaven's sake. It's just idiocy in pursuit of a losing cause.

Well, there was a whole lot of whoop-de-do when he purportedly did not say it.

Well, there was a whole lot of whoop-de-do when he purportedly did not say it. Well Democrats and their media sychophants have quite a history of lying, particularly through the entire Trump administration and on into the last 10 months of the idiot Biden's POS administration. But now you can watch it again for yourself.

In all fairness the mentioning of injection inside was a question not a statement of instruction for someone to perform…
Then where the video stops above, does not show the follow up clarification…

As long as you're able to stand, that's a good thing. There were times your ability to stand for any length of time was not a given.

Decades ago, I would routinely stand corrected. These days, I remain seated, but I do hang my head.

"Hyperbole of this kind reminds me why I dropped my membership in the ACLU years ago." I did a lot of free work for them for years. We finally parted ways. The immediate cause was immigration issues. The underlying cause was ACLU's gradual transformation from a civil-liberties organization into a social-justice advocacy group. Food for thought there Flake. Thanks

Thanks I was a regular contributor to the ACLU for many years but quit that a long time ago. I still like the idea that someone is willing to take serious rights grievances through the courts and would like to see that effort continue.

Me too. Part of what frustrated me is that we need an ACLU...an organization that is willing to take unpopular positions to defend important principles. But I saw our chapter, at least, turning into something quite different, in my estimation.

I wonder whether the ACLU leadership agrees internally, more than is disagrees, on what constitutes an important yet unpopular decision worthy of defending.

Re: the ACLU. There's a legitimate overlap of civil-liberties and social-justice matters. (I wonder exactly where "social justice" became a suspicious term. Is there such a thing as tolerable social injustice, or a place where injustice does not intersect with the law?)
