Lt. Jason Redman spent eight years as an enlisted U.S. Navy SEAL, and was commissioned as a SEAL Officer in 2004. He completed combat deployments in Afghanistan and Iraq. In 2007, outside of Fallujah, Iraq, Lt. Redman's Assault Team came under heavy fire and he was severely wounded.
The back end of this video is more compelling than the war story.

The back end of this video is more compelling than the war story. Boy you’ve got that right. Amazing! Inspirational! So worth watching. Thank you, Paul. And thank you Jason.

I just can't figure out why someone didn't air assault a reaction force in to break the ambush. I'll never know.
Anyway, his attitude is one to emulate. I fall short.

Thank you Paul. Words kind of fail me except that eloquent and gripping come to mind.

Inspiring on one level. But that level seems so above me! Thankful for his life and message.
