Good morning.
74F-84F cloudy, thunderstorms quite possible this afternoon.
I'll be in my shop at 10 while grandsons do yardwork. Post Office after that to mail some parts out. I keep forgetting to do that because it is not a routine act.
I did get some work done yesterday and will do so today. If this keeps up I might even start having a income again.

We'll see how the day goes. Massive t-storms last night. Sky looks clear now, but storms are expected to return this evening. I've got a nice 2hr gig this afternoon outdoors 4:00 to 6:00. We'll see.

Good morning. It's cloudy and muggy. The monsoon hasn't produced much rain for us but it looks as if that'll change in the next week.
My chore for the day is to pack up for vacation. We leave tomorrow for ten days. Then I'll make dinner.
Enjoy your day.

Yeh, I was gonna maybe drive up to Siren, Wis., today for an airport fly-in/drive-in breakfast, but some bad weather would no doubt greet me on my way back. They moved up the start of the 3M Open, so I guess I will just hunker down until it all passes, watch golf and car racing. Hmmm, Caramel Cashew!

I'm home from the Urbana Farmer's market with my treasures; one cucumber, one green pepper and 4 chocolate chip cookies.
We gigged yesterday, 6- 9, outside, in the sun. Fun but today I'll spend most of the day inside, chill'n.

Storms this morning, apparently. Wind, dark clouds, maybe some rain on the way?
Later I shall be going to see the St. Paul Saints play the Indianapolis Indians for a work outing. I will have now seen more Saints games than any other minor league team, which is weird given I have no connection to St. Paul.

Too bad you can't see them up here -- really cool ballpark, all kinds of between-inning silliness, great food and drink.

Before Phoenix got a pro baseball team it had a Giants farm club. I enjoyed going to their games more than I enjoy attending Diamondbacks games. It was all on a smaller and more human scale. You were closer to the action.

Welcome rain. Good morning to watch Le Tour. 24 mile hilly time trial. Brutal! Tomorrow it finishes on the Champs in Pahree. Hung another guitar at Willies a couple of days ago. It’s a good one, kind of a perfect storm where the right woods somehow found each other. Some of it is just luck. www.williesguitars.com/product/new-kennedy-om-85/

You were closer to the action. See that green strip along the bottom edge of the CHS photo? That is grass, so you can sit or lie on turf and watch the game (or not), sipping a local craft beer and scarfing a grilled bratwurst.

We had our big rain last night. The entirety of NE North Dakota and NW Minnesota got at least an inch, and in most cases, a welcome inch after that hot dry week. There are a lot of very happy frogs up at the farm.
Today is cool and cloudy with intermittent drizzle.
(looks like the rest of Minnesota is getting big rains today. Lots of moisture being loosed across the Midwest, and being sucked up by what might be a huge corn and bean crop, at least up here)

I forgot one of the major reasons I preferred minor league games. Parking was never a problem. The last few times we've gone to D'Backs games we've taken light rail.

By the way, the team is "studying" a name change away from Indians. The Indianapolis Star refers to them as"Indy AAA" or "The Indianapolis Triple A baseball team."

We got .02" of rain yesterday and a 30% chance today, so there's something to celebrate. Also, Mr. H is making pancakes and we have strawberries, applesauce, and both American and Greek yogurt for toppings.

That ballpark looks a little newer then when I saw them, in 2000 or 2001. There were clown races.

Every morning One Drive shows me a photo from the collection. Today it was the boys, Riley and Simon in their favorite spot, our front porch. It's raining a bit so Riley came in, Simon won't come in until the rain gets serious, if then, that guy loves to be outside. Grandson's trimmed up the sidewalk cracks this morning so don't waste your time mentioning it.
