Looks delicious and healthy, Bob. I have not heard of Jamaica Mistake dressing - will have to keep an eye out for it.

I also haven't heard of Jamaica Mistake. Sounds odd.

"Jamaica mistake"...
One of our kids is brewing beer. I asked what kind, thinking one or another ale, dark/light, or there'd be a comment about hops, etc.
They said is was called 'buffalo slobber'.
Oh, ...okay.

I'm 75 years old and have probably averaged over 3 meals a day. You can do the math on how many meals that is. I'm still waiting on one I think you would be interested in seeing a picture of. Still could happen.
There was that one bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios that almost met the standard.

Chicken breast stuffed with Brie and Cranberries, wonderful. Along with some veggie rice.

I haven't made it yet, but I prepped for gumbo tonight for later this week. Onion, celery, green pepper, black eyed peas, shredded chicken breast, Andouille sausage. I even sprung for some frozen raw shrimp. I can eat the same thing for more than several days in a row and that is exactly what I will be doing.
