Wife brought these home. From her shaminsen teacher, who must know someone who knows someone. Actually eggs here are priced as normal, no spike. (since no avian flu these days, like there) Wife says the one pack with blue labeling is supposed to be higher quality.

Here, the organic pasture-raised brown eggs are cheaper than regular eggs, presumably because those chickens have always been kept separate from others and haven't had the avian flu exposure.

I got a dozen extra large eggs in Vinton this afternoon for $2.99. Yeah, but they're vulture eggs.

But they taste like chicken. I've never tasted chicken, but I am told it tastes like rattlesnake.

I've never tasted chicken, but I am told it tastes like rattlesnake. More like bald eagle. Is that similar to spotted owl?

More like passenger pigeon, although it's been many years.

I've never tasted chicken, but I am told it tastes like rattlesnake. More like bald eagle. The US Biological Survey was tagging bald eagles with aluminum leg bands labeled "Biol Surv" and their address. They received a letter that said, "I bioled it and surved it. It was awful."

But they taste like chicken. I've never tasted chicken, but I am told it tastes like rattlesnake. I had rattlesnake while in college. It tasted like lizard. Hatch’s IGA sold lots of weird stuff.

I’m surprised no one has yet compared the taste to the most wonderful of fowl, the dodo.

I’m surprised no one has yet compared the taste to the most wonderful of fowl, the dodo. With snail darter appetizer, of course.
