I was going to post before Terry and thought better of it.
Neck/fingerboard. Neck 5 piece m,m,w,m,m. Double flip matched maple pieces. FB ebony.
Scale. 24.75" Probably 24.625 true scale.
Bridge would give better intonation as long as a wound 3rd is used. That Style bridge is not one I've seen before on a Gretsch.
Tailpiece is a Kluson I think, not the usual. Gretsch tailpieces usually had Gretsch on them.
Notice the two switches below the vol/tone controls. I don't think these are stock controls. They are replacing 1 set of original vol/tone. The usual electronic set up if there is only 1 switch on the upper bout is a PU switch volume and tone for each pickup and a master volume. These could be tap switches or just maybe stereo selection switches wired to a mono/stereo output, like a White Falcon, maybe. White Falcon pickups did look a little different.
This guitar started out as a 6120 with a Bigsby. No label either. so black finish is probably not factory. Not a true custom.
Meaning not a Factory made custom. A customized guitar beyond a doubt. Could I be wrong? Yes. Gretsch made quite a few odd guitars for Bo Diddly.

Ehh, I don't go for guitars played by famous people or on famous songs.
That said, I would give my right leg for Danny Cedrone's Gibson ES-300, played on "Rock Around The Clock," that's currently in the RRHOF.
