I don't know, it is such a long drive.
Besides, the IJ videos from before I showed up look so.much better, I think my presence aged everyone somehow.

But you let out-of-staters know that we don't milk cows in Iowa, we kill them and eat them. This is important.

I actually had Maid Rites last night . Believe it or not they are a fairly simple thing to make it home.

I actually had made wreaths last night. Believe it or not it’s a fairly simple thing to make it home. I’m confused. Does this have to so with killing cows or making Maid-Rites?

It means I was using my microphone.

I get it now. I assumed making wreaths was part of the butchering process of which I was not aware. Given my propensity for errors due to autocorrect, I should have realized made wreaths are edible.

Yes. But it's a secret I'm not ready to reveal.

It depends on the schedule. The autumn is already fairly busy, but I would love to come that is quite possible I can. The second or third weekends are best for me.

I have to use my iPhone to post until Saturday when my computer gets fixed. I’m not very good with an iPhone.

That would be great if you could get up here again, Cornflake. Somebody at the Open Mic last Friday mentioned The Austin Lounge Lizards and Jesus Loves Me But He Can't Stand You. I was able to tell him that I know the author of that song, and that he has been in Vinton.

I'd come even if it was just for the breakfast and daytime gatherings but finances, time and health do not permit. I will stay home and expect good coverage of all events. Maybe even a FaceTime call or two.

Todd, the song has a life of its own. No one connects my name with it. I’m fine with that.
As long as we’re digressing, the song originally had a melody. The lizards turned it into a talking song, because Tom Pittman wanted do the song himself and Tom didn’t sing. The only way he could perform it himself was to make it a talking song, and most people know it as one.
