This one's especially for the "Minnesota Mafia."
Back to the office. Eeew.
To quote Dan, "Have good ones."

Good morning. According to the National Weather Service, "An unseasonably strong ridge of high pressure will continue to bring excessive heat and record breaking temperatures to the Desert Southwest through Tuesday." We have to go to Scottsdale to take care of some financial paperwork. Otherwise I'll stay indoors.
Be of good cheer.

Another beautiful morning, watching the morning news, drinking coffee. Will have to make a trip to the grocery store sometime today, and I'm thinking I should stop at Theisens and pick up some treats for ijam. Hint; the treats will not be Theisens pickled, hard boiled eggs.

Supposed to hit 110 here in Tucson today. We'll get our walk done, have breakfast, and head out to pick up a prescription and a few groceries. Then we're in for the day. Only a couple more days of this, then just normal hot.

Does a bear shred in the woods? Some shots from this morning's walk. A morning glory bloom popping up in the middle of a lawn, and a mimosa tree.

Today's Indianapolis Star has a story about an upcoming execution of an Alabama inmate who committed a murder in 1988 at a home on Coon Dog Cemetery Road.

Good morning
61F-84F mostly sunny.
Another fine State Fair day, still not going. I don't remember if Bill mentioned it or DaWife did but the MN State Fair has the largest per day attendance of any State Fair in the US. Texas gets more overall but they run for a month while we are only 12 days.
To the shop.

Hmph. Monday, and I can’t get Wordle to load. It keeps coming up with a error and says retry again later. Mike finds this highly annoying.
Overcast, cool, and still a bit smokey. Sposed to get a bit of rain tonight, hope fully that will help. Need to mow the weeds out front this am. Had fun eating at the kids house ladt night. Good German sausages and fondue. Played a game called liars dice. I’m not much of a game player but it wasn’t too bad.
Might get after the strings on the zcollings today, maybe.

Morning. No smoke and reasonable temps. We got a nice hike in yesterday. Today I get to buy a CNC boring machine. Yay.

Oh, in other important news, Bill Hammond favorite female guitarist, Muriel Anderson, is teaching a master class at Seattle’s own Dusty Strings. Book your spot now.

I just received a phony "Satisfaction of Judgment" from a bank signed by me! I suspect that the guy who presented it to the bank took an actual satisfaction of judgment that I signed, changed the case name and caption, and then provided it to the bank to demonstrate that a judgment against him was satisfied in order to qualify for a loan.

That sounds dumb as well as crooked.

I am leaving that to the bank, where he applied for a loan, and to the attorney for the party which has a $155,000 judgment against him. They both now have copies of the real and the fake document.
