W…T…F…. On Monday Night Football. Well, all I can say is, it worked, and Chris should be singing in a rock band.

Gee whiz.
I’m happy for CS. He deserves whatever windfall comes his way. And he can sell anything musically. Snoop, on the the hand, phones this one in. Grade school level lyricallity.
But it’s football. And everything about football is way, way, way exaggerated over the top.

I don’t even like football but I would tune in just to hear Chris Stapleton.

I'm frequently the oddball, but Chris Stapleton does nothing for me. A very talented guy, and I wish him success, but he does nothing for me.

The woman on the drums is Cindy Blackman Santana (yep, that's Carlos Santana's wife). She and Carlos were in a CBS Sunday Morning report last Sunday.

I lost interest in football intro songs when Faith Hill stopped doing them.

Love Chris Stapleton. We saw him at Nissan Pavillion here about 3 years ago for our anniversary and the wife dropped a decent amount of money to get good seats. Incredible show.
The most I know about Snoop Dogg comes from a concert we helped facilitate here in our town several years ago of these folks covering one of his songs. Be forewarned, the language is just what you'd expect from Snoop Dogg.

But the juxtaposition of their lovely voices and melody and Snoop's ghetto lyrics is something special.

Well, they've actually got a slick video that cuts to the chase, but it's funnier live when you're not expecting it.
