It wil help. All of the proceeds of this auction will go to to charities on the island. Of course 31k is a drop in the bucket compared to the needs, but there are 4 or 5 other ukes also being auctioned off, all of them very nice, although this was definitely the star of the show. Long term healing for Lahaina probably won’t happen in my lifetime, but many hands make light work.
