Why can't the powers that be just let people give on whatever day they want? Why do we need to have these strange created days?
Have a good strange day.

Good morning. Up and at 'em or, if you prefer, up an atom.
Doctor's appointment at 9:15, then I'm leaving on an overnighter in the Verde Valley. I'll do some hiking and take some photos. Usually the trees would be bare by now but everything's late this year, so who knows? I think I've mentioned that my lovely wife wants no part of my photographic jaunts because it's boring for a bystander.
Have an enjoyable day.

It's a conspiracy of the wealthy ruling class to manipulate the attention of the muddling masses.

Good morning.
7F-29F cloudy.
Spent my shop time yesterday Winterizing the shop. Cleaned humidifier and Hydration Chamber and got them up and running. Today I'll try to get a little work done before braving the elements and going on errands.
Poor Simon, his Summer is gone. I opened the door for him this morning and he stuck his head out, shook it violently and backed away from the door. He did get up the gumption to go out about an hour later with Riley but they only stayed out about 10 minutes.

A sad day in Minnesota and Chicago.
The Bears beat the Vikings. Hopes that a contender was rising and that their future QB had been found have been dashed. Vikings fans are sad.
The Bears beat the Vikings. Hopes for two picks in the top five to wheel and deal with have been dashed... and they still don't know if their QB is worth keeping or not. Bears fans sad.
The NFL has more drama than a Shakespeare portfolio.

Up. Coffee and toast. Then coffee with old farts. After which, I’m taking one of the old farts to lunch, as it was his birthday last week. Other old farts will join us for frivolity and food fights.
This afternoon will prove exciting. I get to put our garbage and recycling out to the street for pickup tomorrow morning. Oh, the anticipation.

Good morning. The Florida version of winter has arrived. Sunny day, not going to get out of the mid 60's. Good stuff! I don't have a lot on my plate for the day. Thinking of making a batch of chili this afternoon. Outside of that, who knows? Have a great day peoples.

Weird feeling today. Spent some quality time with Olga my Russian Rheumatologist yesterday. Received pinch in the ass (steroid injection). And the weird thigs is, I feel so normal today. I rise up out of a chair easily and start shuffling across the floor, and realize, I don't have to do that any more. I can walk upright like normal human being. Easy-peasy. It's a strange and nice feeling.

Tuesday means music practice, and it's warmed up all the way to 11, so the trip to Phil's should be pleasant.

I received a below-average haircut yesterday, but no one is laughing out loud about it, at least not in my presence.

Just started snowing. Doesn’t look real threatening. Perfect on a lazy day like today.

Don'tcha hate when that happens? Generally, though, the good news is it will grow back. Take some fish oil and yer Omega 3-6-9 and it will grow faster, as will your fingernails.
It could always be worse:

I trim my eyebrows, at least when the barber doesn't. I wonder if by just letting them grow you could do the reverse of that, use them for a comb-over going backward?
