Crazy price! China has taken over the CF market, to be sure. That is certainly the case with our big water-fed poles. All Chinese these days. I’d never come across the term “water-fed Poles poles” before. Am I right to assume you are referring to a piece of window-washing equipment?

It is fed ultra pure water by a 5 stage RO/DI system.

I bet Evan would have, too, if you had asked . I have a little knowledge because my carnivorous plant garden requires RO or distilled water (or filtered through a Zero Water filter).

Incidentally I paid $3800 for the pole pictured. Recently bought a new 60-footer different brand, $2600.

Somebody asked me abou the nut width and string spacing on the Enya Couldn't you have flipped the photo upside down, and maybe side-to-side? It's a little too easy to read, using a tape measure and aligning the right side.

I read this whole thread and I what I gather is that they don't do COD anymore.

Somebody asked me abou the nut width and string spacing on the Enya Woo hoo! One and five eights. How do you like the feel? It’s pretty good. I like it enough all around for it to be a keeper. It’s comfortable enough. I don’t have any problem with the width. It’s a 24” scale. It has a zero fret, so I might consider redoing the nut to get a smidgeon more of width. But that will be a project for another season, if ever. And there’s hardly any room anyway.

I read this whole thread and I what I gather is that they don't do COD anymore. Of course not. you pay for the item before it is even shipped. The "Signature Required" or special code required is so the seller knows it was signed for by a responsible person. There are too many porch pirates out there, (or people who lie and say they never received an item and want their money back). Here's some COD for ya:

Here's some COD for ya: While in Nova Scotia last summer we toured an old Grand Banks cod fishing schooner. Along one rail was the work area where they would gut and filet the catch before salting it down. A large wooden work surface, with a small special hole in the middle to deposit the liver.

I played the Enya out at an open mic last night. And I used the NUX Optima Air pedal on one of the native IRs that come with it. And the sound was WAY too Zingy for my tastes. Of course I had lowered the action previously with the truss rod. And I'm a strong strummer. So it was most likely some string-fret noise being amplified through the pickup. Plus having a zero fret might add to that metalic sound. But that means the native UST pickup in the Enya is just not going to be satisfactory for me.
So, I'm back to square one in getting this thing amplified to my taste. Which means I'll consider putting in my own Mag/SBT pickup in there. I might even remove the Enya pickup amplifier inside the guitar. I have no interest in reverb and FX from the thing. And it weighs a lot. The little guitar is not light with all the stuff they put inside.
But that all will be a project for another day.

It’s hard to believe that a $300, plastic, mail order guitar wouldn’t be perfect.🤔🤔😉😛
