This is a seal. I think you guys are loony. Mike I bought a box of animal crackers. It said on the box "Do not eat if the seal is broken." Well the giraffe was fine. The lion was fine. But, of course, the seal was broken.

The torch stands for liberty and enlightenment; the rays represent their far-reaching influence. The thirteen stars in a circle represent the original thirteen states; the five stars in the inner half-circle represent the next five states; the large star is Indiana, the nineteenth state.

Too many of the flags incorporate a detailed image that can't be comprehended at the size and distance that you view a flag. Exactly right. Then take wind into account. There is no way that fine detail can be readily distinguished on a flag when the flag is doing exactly what it is supposed to be doing, which is wave around in the wind.

Minnesota looks vaguely European.
Hawaii is pleased to know they're not the worst after noticing Maryland.
New Mexico for the win but I do like a large majority of them.

Looks like Florida just stole Alabama's and stuck their seal on it. It's ours now! Nyah nyah.

Looks like Florida just stole Alabama's and stuck their seal on it. It's ours now! Nyah nyah. The symbolism of the Alabama flag is clear: 'WE'RE CLOSED!'
