Unseasonably warm. Band practice tonight. Someone gave me some small shop boutique andouille sausage so think I’m gonna make done kind of spicy Italian soup with it. Or maybe some Gumbo. Wordle 956 4/6 ⬛⬛⬛⬛🟩 ⬛⬛⬛⬛🟩 ⬛⬛⬛⬛🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 Dude, andouille and Italian don't mix. Don't try it!

Damn! What happened to your neck? You have had one hell of a year! OK! So I didn't get the truck washed as the line was a 1/2 hour long. I did get the grocery shopping and post office errands and brought us back some lunch. Now I go downstairs and flip the first load of laundry into the dryer and start the second load. I will also check on the neck reset glue up for late glue squeeze out and get that cleaned up before it dries. Other than the second load of laundry I'm done for the day. Not too bad a day for an old guy that usually gets tired fairly easily. I thought you had quit doing neck resets.

OK! So I didn't get the truck washed as the line was a 1/2 hour long. Pro tip: Invent a reason to come to my neighborhood and visit the Solar car wash on Larpenteur, just west of Cub Foods. Everyone uses the self-service wash bays, but there is one automatic bay where for $7 you get a good wash and a good pass-over-the-car dryer, too. On edit, it's cash only.

Well, I will have spent only about one month on my route (#5). I won the bid for #71 -- one of the 77 mile long Claypool routes that I like so much and photograph often. I hope I made the right choice. I like both routes. #71 struck me as being more my speed and capabilities. I'm too old to be doing this and #71 seems to have a lighter load of DPS (digitally sorted mail) which happens to be one of my weakest spots, having lost so much nimbleness in my hands. I think it may have fewer parcels as well, but since it now also does Amazon, I may have miscalculated that. Time will tell. I'm still hoping to acquire the 1998 Honda Odyssey with 32K miles, new tires, new brakes, new hoses, new belts (Dalton Pike Motors goes over everything and then gives a 1 year guarantee -- some small consolation for buying a 25 year old vehicle from them). Maybe I'll get some life back. I should be able to finish the route before 4PM most days.

I've had it for quite a while now and it was being difficult from day one. But the neck is back on and I can finish up with the rest of the restoration. It's a Yamaha FG-75 that belongs to a long time client and he loves the small body, slim neck and tone. It's Yamaha's version of the Gibson LG-3.

I passed a shop today whose sign advertised both tattoos and tattoo removal. What a great business model! We'll put it on and we'll take it off!

It's payday! Not so much for Elon Musk. Judge nixed $56B Tesla bonus. Boo hoo.
Don't spend it all in one place.
How many violin/viola players do you need in a country band?
At least four. The Time Jumpers have three.
And it was a country/swing band. 😉

My first thought upon seeing it was "Gurian".
I lusted after one of these around 1978, but common sense prevailed (couldn't afford it).
