It's payday! Not so much for Elon Musk. Judge nixed $56B Tesla bonus. Boo hoo.
Don't spend it all in one place.

Two dailies today. We're off to a confusing start. Yesterday morning my wife and I went to a well-known arboretum near Superior, Arizona. We walked for over two hours and then ran out of steam. Before heading home we had lunch at one of many ma-and-pa Mexican restaurants in Superior. Hobson's town and Linda Ronstadt got press attention this morning. Gift link: here Tucson is indeed a cool place. San Xavier del Bac is moving even for those, like Ronstadt, who are not religious. I don't think I've ever had such a strange Wordle game. Behave yourselves. Wordle 956 3/6* ⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜ ⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩

Post where you will. I like Dan Hicks. Brings back so many memories of my time in New Mexico. That album, along with Court and Spark and Late for the Sky were my soundtrack there.

Good morning.
31F-52F mostly clear?
Getting a neck put back on today. Spent two shop sessions trying to get it fitted and pitched correctly, tricky one. Then off to the grocery store for a few things and a wash for my filthy truck. I know I keep saying that but today I will do it.
48 Days Until Spring.

Good morning. Sunny and chilly this morning, going to warm up to the low 70's, going to be a nice weather day. Still dealing with the aftereffects of the fall I had over the weekend. Slow improvement on the knee but the back flared up this morning. Bike rides usually help so I'll be hitting the road later as well as hitting Claire up for a back massage. Have good ones.

How many violin/viola players do you need in a country band?

Confession time.
For the last ten days or so, I have been copying Cornflake's Wordle and posting it as mine in hopes of causing him some puzzlement and wonder, (i.e. WTF!).
Just a little fun spooning him. Er..., that doesn't sound right. Spoofing him! That's what I meant, Spoofing, not Spooning.
Anyway, it didn't work. Either he didn't notice or he caught on to me right away and turned the tables. So I'm pulling the plug on the spoon. I mean, spoof.
Oh, by the way, today's Wordle:
Wordle 956 3/6*
⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜ ⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
(thought I would give it one last go)

epaul, you can't fool me. I know you made up this story about borrowing my Wordle scores. Well, I think you made it up. I'm concocting a bogus outraged response.

Sheets and towels laundered this morning before I'm off to see the orthodontist. After 17 months, I'm beginning to think that I'll never get these damned braces off. I miss tacos, tortilla chips, peanut butter, nuts, and a bunch of other things. Also tired of food bits wrapping around the wires and trying to not look like I'm mentally challenged when I try to get them off with my tongue. If I'm not too beat up after the appointment, I'll run by Total Wine, which is a mere mile and a half from there.
We're trying a new to us place for dinner tonight. Out of our usual area near Davis-Monthan AFB. Mama Louisa's Italian.
Flake's link reminded me of all of the places in Tucson where I haven't been yet.

Had quite a morning so far. Got up early so I had a head start. Laundry started, neck glued up and clamped, dishwasher cleaned and filled. I even had a client by to pick up a guitar. Now I'll get the truck washed and hit the grocery store. I bet I'll nap right after lunch.

Unseasonably warm. Band practice tonight. Someone gave me some small shop boutique andouille sausage so think I’m gonna make done kind of spicy Italian soup with it. Or maybe some Gumbo.

Had quite a morning so far. Got up early so I had a head start. Laundry started, neck glued up and clamped, ... Damn! What happened to your neck? You have had one hell of a year! OK! So I didn't get the truck washed as the line was a 1/2 hour long. I did get the grocery shopping and post office errands and brought us back some lunch. Now I go downstairs and flip the first load of laundry into the dryer and start the second load. I will also check on the neck reset glue up for late glue squeeze out and get that cleaned up before it dries. Other than the second load of laundry I'm done for the day. Not too bad a day for an old guy that usually gets tired fairly easily.
