Since Bill expressed some curiosity about Brother John's Hoffman, a couple of quick & dirty phone photos. Curly koa B/S, fancy-ish decorative stuff, about 13.75" across the lower bout. Nice voice, a bit tighter than my 1920 0-18.

Yeah--I was thinking how much better it would sound with a tree-of-life inlay up the fingerboard and maybe gold-plated bridge pins.
