Don't know when we'll make it, but we bought the parts for stroganoff. Probably not tonight, since we just had steak last night. Salmon appeals. Not with a heavy sauce, though. Just fresh rosemary and some sort of liqueur. In the Salmon or the cook?

While DaWife's lasagna was really nice I now remember why I usually cook. She cooks like she's Martha Steward and has people to do the clean up for her.

I had a Red Barron Deluxe Pizza last night. Consumer Reports rated Red Barron as a top-rated frozen pizza in their recent frozen pizza test. I don't know what Red Barron pizza they ate, but the one I ate was crap. < Baron >

I don't know what Red Barron pizza they ate, but the one I ate was crap. A buck-fifty Jack's from Menards is twice the pizza. Tonight I dine out at Paradiso Mexican (chips are free, meal is extra). Paradiso has free meal deals for birthday people, and tonight we have a double birthday deal, Charlene and Gus. I feel brave and I think I will try something different, maybe the tacos. Or a burrito. I hear they are good. Perhaps if you purchased some Red Baron pizzas instead, you might have better luck.

We used to grow dill. I never found anything other than fish that it seemed to improve.

Shake in a bag with olive oil and salt and spread on a baking sheet flat side up. . Sprinkle dill on top of them. Bake 350 for about an hour. Tastes dang good to me.

Made Salmon a couple of nights ago with brown/wild rice and green beans. Last night was Pork Chops with Pan Fried potatoes and Onions and Fresh Steamed Broccoli Tonight is left over Tater-Tot Casserole (hadn't had it in about 30 years, but one of the people at the office was eating left overs for lunch last week and I decided we needed to have it).
Took Sue out to Cheddar's with some friends for her birthday on Saturday Night. It was good but not great. She still has left over chicken tenders in the fridge for lunches.
Will make a brisket (chunk from a larger piece) later this week and we have plans to have Italian Sausage and Peppers Sandwiches tomorrow night, but I haven't decided on the sides yet.

I beat ya to the punch, JB! Yes, but I'm pretty sure my comment was more annoying. Especially since it showed I didn't go to the next page to see your post.

Now that is a perfect use for an air fryer. 400 degrees, check and then shake every five minutes or so.
