Great day on the game front -- got connections, wordled in 3, and waffled with 5 to spare. Bad day on the route. Blowout on highway 15. The tire is shredded. Imma take it to Smith Tire and ax if they can repair it. If they have the slightest sense of humor they will guffaw. I guess I'll be buying at least 6 tires next week -- two for the barely running Jeep and four for Dar's dogmobile. I think I found a guy in fort wayne who can repair the ecm to get the fuel injector working again for the jeep. It's been running on 5 cylinders now for more than a month. I can get it up to 55, but barely.
I'm off tomorrow. I'll see what's on Dar's chore list for me.

We did get to see one set from Marshall last night. Unfortunately, the combination of being an hour away, both of us being tired, and the one sazerac I drank meant we couldn't stay much later.
Sue's mom seemed good today, but she isn't eating much and that's not good. The meds will do that. It was a good long visit.
Will most likely enjoy some Greek food tonight, do some grocery shopping tomorrow amd head home.

Morning all. Leg cramps woke me up. That always happens the night after a music gig. Something about the way I stand and rock back and forth while playing and singing that strains my calf muscles in an unusual way. Then in the middle of the night they tighten up like knots and I have to jump out of bed and walk them off. Happened 3 times last night. I will need a nap later for sure. Gig went well. And I got to see Amanajoe and his wife Sue, as they are in town to help with her mother. Nice that Joe and Sue have been friendly supporters of my musical outings. Seems like when I get a few-and-far-between gig, it coincidently coincides with a time that they are in town for family stuff. Have a good day, people. I have cramps frequently, but if I know that I am going to get a lot of exercise, I take magnesium ahead of time and try to hydrate. Also stretching before bedtime helps me. I have had cramps in both legs, meeting at the groin, so bad that I was crying. No movement could reduce the pain. I cried until I decided to laugh, just knowing it would not damage me, but that I had to endure it. (Well, sort of a crying, self pitying laugh).

I am a little worried about howard lee . First drlj posted about Village Idiot being in the hospital; then Howard posted about drlj in the hospital. Who is next on the list?
I'm fine so far, touch wood (as Frazer would say).
