Since I didn't renew my old domain name and web hosting account, I've been looking on and off for a site to host a demo MP3 or two once in awhile. Do you folks have any recommendations?

Hi Guys I'm new to the forum. I'd like to post some of my songs for review and I'm stuck. Perhaps you might have an idea. I have created a page that has links to my songs, and it's aiming at the server which hosts my website. Here's the link: www.dougreina.com/Doug_Reina_Music.htmThe trouble is when you click on my song links, it takes you to a white page and nothing happens. It's odd to me because before I uploaded my page to the server, it works fine when I tested it off my desktop. I know this is a long shot, but I thought I'd check to see if you had a clue. Thanks and we'll talk again. Doug

Doug, first of all, welcome to the forum. When I went to your page, the songs played fine. What web browser are you using? I am using Firefox and it opened fine. Likewise, you can right-mouse-click on the links to the songs, and copy the target URL and post here. Your song My Ego would then be linked like this: www.dougreina.com/audio/my_ego.mp3And we can all enjoy it. I listened to that song and enjoyued it, hope to hear the others tonight when I am out of work. Take care, and stick around.

Hi Cribbs
I guess it's my browser being fussy. I have Microsofts latest browser and I use Macafee... both were recently upgraded on my ol desktop. So maybe there's the flaw. Well, thanks for checking. I'm glad you could hear it. I will definately stick around the forum. I've been playing a lot of guitar lately and I'm looking forward to getting better at it. I think the forum will help.
Thanks,
Doug

Well, there are a lot of very talented and knowledgeable musicians here to learn from. I am not one of them. Most of the action happens over in the cafe, so cruise over and introduce yourself to everyone if ya haven't already. acoustictalk.proboards85.com/index.cgi?board=tempttt
