Cold morning today, but should be a nice day, sunny and warm. The truck is in having it's clutch replaced and I'm hoping...please let this be the last one.
enjoy the spring people!

Good morning. Another nice spring day, should get up to 90 degrees. (would some please post how to make the tiny "0" for degrees or where I can find the info.)
I am ready for a music camp and have one coming up June 25. I have been to this one twice before and always enjoy it. This year I'm thinking of taking the mandolin and use the guitar for the longer camp at South Plains the next month. I have been playing the mandolin long enough to where learning some more of the fundamentals would really help me. I guess what I'm saying is that what I'm looking for really can't be found in a book. I need some one on one.

Mornin'..... Have already endured the Grade School awards assembly. Glad to be home. A few odd chores to do. Emptied the camper yesterday and and set off a couple of RAID foggers. That'll teach them darn ants and spiders to hang out in there. Will reload the camper and start getting it ready for weekend after next.....3 days at the lake. Looks like we're heading into 3-4 days of unstable weather conditions, with the possibility of severe stuff. Windy as hell today.....30-35 mph, with gusts to 50 mph. As long as any nasty stuff happens over open country and it gets it out of it's system so we can just move into summer. Take care Tom.....you're probably in this too. Took some promo photos of the duo last Saturday at the Dalton Gang Hideout in Meade, Ks. As soon as I go through them and save the best, I'll post a couple. There were some good ones on first look. Happy Hump Day.

Was up way too late last night (Again)
Didn't get enough sleep (Again)
Traffic on the way to work sucked dead bunnies through a straw (Again)
I thought I'd get a quick McArteryClogger breakfast before I sit in my fabric covered bathroom stall with a computer and no door cubicle all day but there were 7 cars backed up in the drive through and nobody was moving. So I went inside. Only 3 employees and none of them speak English (Again) so I just went to work.
I made some instant oatmeal for breakfast which is healthier than a McArteryClogger meal but not nearly as satisfying. I'll be eating it here in my fabric covered bathroom stall with a computer and no door cubicle while I wait for my network DNS whatever to run so I can connect to my databases and code base.
On my way home I'll pick up some stuff to fix a broken sprinkler system (Water and mud. What fun) Maybe my LASD's* boyfriend, who's living with us now, will surprise me by raking up the leaves he was suppose to rake on Sunday. But when I got home last night he did happily announce that he finished the latest Zelda game on his Nintendo Game Cube. Well, hell. That would keep me from raking the leaves.
What fun. Life is just a F&*king cabaret.

Thanks Bill. Maybe a variation of an old Beatles song would be appropriate:
Woke up, got out of bed I dragged a comb across my head
I went outside and didn't have a smoke But I found a big friggen overflowing ash tray of cigarette butts that my lazy ass step daughter and her equally lazy boyfriend left on our patio table.
What rhymes with "Patio Table"?

oooo Greg. Hopefully they will find someone better to live with who won't expect them to actually get off their asses and be productive.
I find that the number of "grown-up" twenty something year olds who play computer games all day like they did when they were 12 and 18 is pretty appalling. It's a serious addiction.
Hang in there, like billiam says. Eventually you get so sick of it that you no longer feel obligated.
On a personal note the cub's ex-boyfriend spent 1000 bucks on his weekend party, some of which was derived from her 130 dollars and her mp3 player which I gave to her for her birthday last year and his roommate's 40 bucks ... so she moved out and moved back in with us. She says it's for good. (the leaving of the bastard) He is now stalking her to work. ( Oh Baby I miss you I'm trying I don't smoke crack honest) Oh joy.
You guys get in your car this summer and head here. We'll all go to IJ together. We'll pretend we didn't have children.
