Is there any way to globally remove check marks next to songs or must it be done manually?
How can I make a copy of an individual song to send to a friend's email?
Signed,
Digital Dunce

1. Yes, it's possible - you can select all the songs you want to uncheck, right click, uncheck selection.
2. Yes; if you bought it through iTunes, they'll have to activate it on their computer using your username and password. If you bought it through Amazon, like I do, there are no digital rights management issues.
I forgot to say, just figure out where your music is stored and attach the song to your e-mail.

Even if you bought a song from the itunes store you can attach it to any email....but you have to convert it to an mp3 first. Go to the menu called advanced. Choose "convert selection to mp3" and it will make a second copy of the song in your music folder of the song as an mp3. Then you choose that file in your itunes music folder to attach it. You can find your files this way: Go to finder, then music, then itunes folder, then artist, then album....you get the idea.
