I am cancelling my iPhone agreement (ATT cell service bad where I'm working now), have 16 months left on $79.95 voice and data plan, plus lots of rollover minutes. Number change is possible without a fee. Also would consider selling phone for $75 or so, included would be car charger and home charger.
I'd keep it if they offered a data only plan.
Trying to avoid a $135 cancellation fee.

I'm sorta interested in an iPhone but have zero interest in AT&T as a carrier. I guess there are a few major metro areas where AT&T is OK as a local carrier as long as you never travel much. I'm a Verizon customer and don't see much chance of that changing anytime soon. My contract is up this month but there just aren't any carriers with anything close to the coverage or reliability of Verizon so I just have to live with whatever devices they offer. When the iPhone and or Palm Pre are available on Verizon I'll take another look. - Dub |

ATT is terrible here as well, but the only option for an iPhone in this country. The one advantage of ATT cell voice is European coverage, which is OUTSTANDING! Used ATT in 4 countries last summer, and had zero problems. |

Hmmm. Let me talk to the boss about this one. I've been getting a lot of guff lately about not having a cell, and this might actually be a good work-around...

I have had nothing but great servuce from ATT for the last 5+ years. Great coverage in Vinton.
