They just flew directly over my house at like Mach 1 plus, don't think they're supposed to do that, but I loved it. I remember seeing them in Seattle during the Hyroplane Finals aboot 20 years ago flying upside down and dirty, while I was hooked up to the log boom. All the young ladies bared their t*ts for them. Of course, the young ladies did that for me as well - it was 20 years ago.

I am pretty sure I have mentioned this before here, but one of the biggest thrills of my life was a ride in a Blue Angels jet.

I got a ride in a military helicopter and the pilot made sure I puked. I did barf, but it was on the way back to the airport after 20 mins of aerobatics, so I didn't miss anything and it was just a wee puke. It was my own damn fault, too, for mentioning something to the pilot that caused him to demonstrate a zero-G roll instead of the 1-G rolls we had been doing up until then. It also was probably not a good idea for me to have had for breakfast that morning some of the only food I had in my bachelor household -- a noodle/pork chop/mushroom soup casserole. I am serious.

I have been privileged to live under military training routes for more than 20 yrs. Loved every fly over. In FL we were in a low level training area where the military training traffic was limited to 0 - 500 ft. At those levels you don't hear them coming, they are just there. For a couple of years there when my daughter was doing a lot of sunbathing they went directly over almost daily.
