Eden Barn Foundation or Asset Management. My wife is listening to a webinar and it's scaring the shit out of me.

As it should. They supply dried testicles for the Hong Kong sex markets. Sleep lightly, friend.

I'm hearing a lot of radio ads for folks claiming to have a system that can pay off your 30-year mortgage in 9 months with just the money you make now. I can't make the math work (duh) and I'm real curious as to what the gimmick is. But not curious enough to buy the stuff to find out.

The trick is to overpay your monthly mortgage bill. By a lot. Since all the extra money goes straight to the principle, the loan retires faster. The gotcha is most people can't afford the exta money to pay down the note. Combine that with these outfits that charge you money to tell you something that the mortgage compay will tell you for free is kind of dumb.

"How To Pay Off Your $150,000 Mortgage In Nine Months"
Step 1) Get an extra $150,000 over the next nine months.
Step 2) Pay that money to the mortgage company.
So simple, it makes you wonder why everyone doesn't do this.

A page right out of Steve Martin's SNL spoof of J. Paul Getty's book. Bravo, O'ha.

Right up there with Monty Python's, 'to play flute.'
Blow in one end.
Run your fingers up and down the outside.
