Good morning all. I'm waking up and working on my first cup of coffee.
We survived Kelly's party yesterday. Actually things went pretty well, everyone had a good time and the house is still intact.
I'm gonna take it slow today and early this eveing we'll be going to Tampa to see a women's USF/Vanderbilt and a men's UF/FAMU B ball games at the forum.
Have a great day everyone!

Hello!
Frosty and bright today. Shadows sharp and the air still. Strange silver sliver of moon in the sky last night. Stars barely hinting in a turquoise sky.
Guitars don't like. Humidifier bubbling beautifully.
I've got some bug or other. Bordering on a fever. Can't find the enthusiasm for anything. Desultory wanderings around the house looking for it's centre of gravity.
Yesterday a crow fell or flew down the chimney into our living room. I opened the window and it eventually (after a bit of trial and error and after confirming the impregnability of surrounding glass) flew out.

Looks like a slow and lazy day here at the forum, I'm down with that. ![](http://imagecache2.allposters.com/images/pic/GDF/Z3128D~Lazy-Day-Posters.jpg)

Good morning good people. Bon voyage Giacomo! May you find your Mediterranean just as beautiful as you left it! Safe traveling to you and your family. We had a good Saturday store day - and about time I must say. Sold two banjos that had grown roots this week. They have been with us for at least a year and a half. Sold two excellent Cremona student violins too. Almost no electric guitars, a reasonable number of inexpensive acoustics and two Garrisons. Tons of little stuff and Christmas books. Looks like we'll eat Christmas day after all! The children had a difficult and troubling week. Laid off at Christmas time. Very despondent. I hadn't counted on raising children at this age to this degree. Oh well. Life gives us what we can handle. Last night we had the staff Christmas party. Tons of curry, tandoori chicken and guitar piano violin djembe jam for dessert. There were moments when it flew. Stumbling into a softly sunlit Sunday. Morgan had a visit from Zach at the store yesterday. He wanted to take her home but we said no. ![](http://www.jensenmusic.ca/kate/hzvisit1.jpg) ![](http://www.jensenmusic.ca/kate/hzvisit2.jpg) ![](http://www.jensenmusic.ca/kate/hzvisit3.jpg) have wonderful days! *tossed smewches*

It's what...230pm here in St Louis? I got home from work at the warning center at 615am, went to bed, just got up about an hour ago, checked the football scores, ate some leftover cold tacos and am going back to bed in a few. My wife's out Christmas shopping and the dogs are sleeping (as usual).
Nightshift is a pain.
