A fine place to live, and congrats on unloading all the stuff. In regard to the boat, I understand the Mayan, David Crosby's former sailboat, is up for sale for a mere $1,000,000.

Looks fantastic, Tbob! As much as I like living in the country, I could take my walks on those docks, and spend my time on a boat. And make an ass out of myself strumming guitar on a pier. That place looks just great.
By the way, I enjoyed reading about playing ball against the prisoners, and winning because they make bad decisions. I find that very interesting.

in one game we picked off 8 runners at 1st base, and threw out 3 or 4 more trying to steal 3rd base. If they were any good at stealing, they wouldn't be in the slammer.

Looks nice, Bob. Don't expect those sailboats to move. You've obviously moved to a no-wind zone.

Lovely views, t-bob. I am intrigued by the idea that you have down-sized and streamlined your lives. I'd love to live by the water, although my lovely bride says the sound of the water would just compel her to visit the loo frequently. It looks like a very pleasant place to live. Pleasant is a good thing. Enjoy your new chapter there!

Nice neighborhood. On the boat front depending on how often you'll actually use it renting may be cheaper and will certainly will be less hassle.
I lived on a lake for about a year and we (roommate) only had a canoe. If we wanted a boat for a party or what ever we'd just drive to the marina and rent one. If it crapped out (only happened once) we'd call the marina on the CB radio and they would bring us another boat. No maintenance, no insurance, no hassle.
