Morning,
Feeling good. I asked a bunch of people if they would be my friend, and they all said "yes!" Even Jessica Alba. Yep, I'm feeling real good.
(technically, I'm still waiting on the Jessica Alba 'yes', but it has all gone so well, so far, I think I can just count on it. Any time now, I expect.)

Good morning. Does anybody really know what day it is?
There's a funeral to attend at 11:30, which isn't what I would choose to fill a day, but it happens. Interesting work awaits. Enjoy your day.

Feeling good. I asked a bunch of people if they would be my friend, and they all said "yes!" I didn't say yes. But then again, I haven't been on Facebook for months. It's cold out here, and it's Friday.

Good morning everyone. 29 and we will finally thaw out the rest of the day.
2000 posts, not bad for four and a half years. Since I've been on this forum in one form or another over ten years I've gotten to know many of you better than friends I see almost every day. Thanks for sharing a part of your life and allowing me to share part of my life with you.

Glad to share, Roy!
Paul, I talked to Jessica last night. She was a little hesitant to accept your request, as you are from Minnesota, but I urged her to reconsider.
I will probably be able to string up my acoustic today, depending on my nut/saddle making ability.

Mornin'.....
Barb had to go in to the office today, since she came home early Wednesday so I could get to the dentist. That's OK, since we'll have a 3 day weekend. I'm getting laundry done today in case we want to venture off somewhere. Kicked around Wichita or Kansas City. Not sure what to do with Izzy, as our main dog-sitter was Barb's dad. We almost had some plans together, then realized we hadn't considered that.
I hear ya, Roy.....pretty cool, huh?

Roy, it's great to have you with us. I'm sure you'll be competing with Bill Hammond's total any day now.

I have a nasty cold that started the day we returned from Florida. It's cold and snowy here. And epaul didn't ask me to be his friend. I hope the day will get better.

I don't know if you're aware, but Jesus is on facebook and you can friend him. Kinda points toward a more Arminian theology. Or at least Semi-Pelagian.

Up and awake on the 14th. Sitting in my home-away-from-home-away-from-home, Syracuse Hancock Airport. Skies are clear from here to Charlotte, and from Charlotte to KC, so I should be good.
Fooey on astrology, by the way.

Got my 000-18 back from the shop - the action is lowered and it is SO much more fun to play. Short day today and maybe an elk hunt tomorrow morning. I met a new hunting buddy on Facebook - Jessica Alba - who says she's all loaded and ready to go.

Schpeaking of Martins. I decided last week to take my office guitar, the Martin 00X1 with custom sunburst finish and abalone dot fret markers, to Old Town School's First Friday. I was going to play an old tune that is played in standard a whole step down. The Martin is a longer scale than my Gibsons. And you know, I like the thing tuned down a whole step. I need a guitar to be my whole-step-down guitar. This might work out nicely. Improves the depth and bass response of the finely tuned flamed mahogany formica. And when you play in capo 2 it's a short scale standard guitar.
I like it. I've got an extra Baggs M1 at home. Maybe I'll slam it in dere.
