Good morning, May has started out with a sunny although still somewhat cool day. As long as there is sun I am not complaining that it is still not very warm. Had a nice time at the bridal shower (for my DIL's sister) that I attended and won one of the games so took home a goodie basket filled with some really nice stuff! Gotta love an "opulent" shower at which one of the goodie basket prizes was a small COACH purse as the basket! (I didn't get that one). Later today we are headed to a friend's for a light supper and then on to a concert at their church by this guy: johnangotti.com/Hope to get a walk in later this morning. Just lots to do today it seems! Have a wonderful May 1!!

Sunny, warm and gorgeous.
Yup, only three weeks to the end of the world. Be running up the credit cards and draining the bank balance down. I mean, you can't take it with you.

I don't know why. Millring's post stuck a chord, or something.

Wellwhatdoyouknowit'sAfternoon.....
Back from Dodge. Ended up doing the new arrangement of It Is Well With My Soul this morning on the Goodall......plugged into the sanctuary PA.....for about 275 folks. Geeminy, that things plays nice. Then tried a new Italian restaurant, Napoli's, which was really good. Followed by the usual grocery shop.
This shall be followed shortly by a nap. Then I'm going to break out the new Zoom H2 and try to record something.
A fine May Day it is.
Next weekend is O.K. Kids Day at the local lake, and our first 2½ day camping weekend. I'll spend tomorrow cleaning out the camper, beefing up the awning attachment with a few extra 3½" lag bolts and liquid nails adhesive, checking out fishing tackle, etc.

Back from Maryland. I survived another alumni lacrosse game. Kids on the team where I went to HS are the sons of guys I went to HS with. Pics when I get them.

What a beautiful day. The temperature didn't get out of the 70s in our yard. Diane and I have been sitting outside. She just got a sweater...for the last time, no doubt, until October.
