Have fun with the Dottirs, Uncle Billy. Be careful John. Good luck with the new chapter in your life. I have some work to do today but will put it off for a while to go with Baby Dottir to drop our joint custody dog (my Australian Shepherd who lives with her during the week at college) off at the groomers and then a movie. I told her if she passed Calculus III this summer we would take her to the beach. She made a 95 on her last test making up for the earlier disaster. So she is confident she will pass with a good enough grade that she won't have to repeat. So I will gladly spring for a weekend at Pensacola.

Not much happening here today.
In a spontaneous burst of ambition, I spent some time cleaning out some dressers that were sorely in need of that process.
Waiting for a bit of cooling (and less intense sun) so we can go for a walk. Then we might take the boat out for a bit.
Could go see an acquaintance's band tonight but it's an hour drive. Feelin' kinda lazy so I'm not sure that's in the plan.

Yay on the dottirs, Bill.
This is not worthy of its own thread, but I just found out that you can run both a SanDisk 4 gig flash drive AND a black Bic lighter through the washer (set on warm wash / cold rinse) and the dryer (set on high) with no apparent ill effects.

This is not worthy of its own thread, but I just found out that you can run both a SanDisk 4 gig flash drive AND a black Bic lighter through the washer (set on warm wash / cold rinse) and the dryer (set on high) with no apparent ill effects. You can also do this with your glasses and any number of Uniball Jetstream pens (having done this any number of times). |
