No mistaking it for anything but a daily. Up late watching a movie, really a play in movie format, Get On The Bus. Definitely worth a look for those who haven't seen it. A Spike Lee Joint. OK, men. Enjoy the macho football day. Not futbol... My team has the week off. Peyton's still in line for MVP.

Cornering the market on insomnia here, although in some circles getting up at 4 am is sort of normal.
Enjoy the Sunday, kids. You know which football I'm watching!

Good morning. Was thinking of golf this morning but it's 42F outside. That's way below my age. Maybe I think I need to move further south. I'll have to check and see if we've imported air from Canada again. Sure feels like it. My football team has the day off so I'll need another plan.

Morning. Leaves to rake and football to watch if I can find the Bears. I think they left the country.

Bruce, you're welcome. Fresh breezes from the land of fewer cars. A little chilly mind ...
Going home today. I'm in the most southerly region of Canada and it's a wee bit chilly. No frost on the pumpkins yet.
This motel is a little on the shabby side, but it was cheap. And that's all I have to say about that.

Cool today but bright and sunny. I am looking forward to breakfast and digging into the Chicago Tribune as music plays in the background. Isn't a cup of coffee a grand thing on a day like this? Actually, on any day, but you get my drift.

Good Morning Good People
Another perfect October day to be ruined by work. Didn't sleep well due to vast amounts of stuff on my mind and 2:00 AM texts from Ana who was staying at her friend Chelsea's apartment. Chelsea is the first of Ana's friends to move out on her own -- Chelsea has three jobs to afford this venture, a good life lesson to Ana Helena. Didn't wake up around 5:00 AM when Zack returned from an adventure which involved seven young men, a very old minivan, and a hip-hop concert in the metro Detroit area.
Got some recipes to be posted. Dinner last night was butternut squash soup with olive tapenade on fresh French bread. Tapenade is easy, cheap, and incredibly delicious. Maybe I'll post my famous lentil curry recipe for the ocassions when your vegan friends come over for dinner.
Gonna read the paper, then off to work.
Have a harmonious harvest season Sunday one and all.

tam, you need to not have to go to work on at least one day a week. rats, eh? I spent about nine years of my life working 12 hour a day, 7 day weeks. I wish I hadn't had to. Could have been happier.

Work? I have a faint memory of this thing called "work" but it gets fainter every day.

Good morning. It's a day to be lazy and I intend to apply myself to that proposition with diligence.

Work? I have a faint memory of this thing called "work" but it gets fainter every day. +1 After taking 4 different jobs after "retirement" I am finallly and completely over the question of whether or not I want to continue to work! ;D It's been a week of Craigslist shopping. Wow, that's addictive. For less than $150 I have pretty much outfitted us with "like new" items for the eventual child care I will do for my daughter's baby at literally a fraction of the price of "new". Pretty morning here. Guess rain is coming though. Enjoy the day!

Morn'n
Looking after little girls a while today, this may include a tea party unless I can think of a way to get out of it, maybe a shopping trip, I need lots of stuff for the home shop. It is amazing how much is needed to make a working shop. Everything in my Podium shop has moved with me or been added to for almost forty years, the home shop is starting with nothing.

Good morning... Lots of work for me for a Sunday... I'll knock off around 3:15 and watch the Vikings until it looks hopeless for them. Then around 3:45 I'll get back to work.

Then around 3:45 I'll get back to work. Wouldn't matter if it wasn't this afternoon 'cause I just got home. But are we going to get going on a website sometime soon? Hope so. Evenin'..... Yep, just got home. It was a long day in Dodge.....with a long list of stuff to do. Church was first, playing at the 10:45 service every week now. Back to being the primary guitarist again. Did a guitar/piano duet this morning that was way cool. Lunch came next before we went back up to Cimarron and bought a house. Then back with Carrie and Ty for activities they had, and Ty's basketball game. I did a little shopping and got groceries before coming on back to Fowler. What!!?? Did I say we bought a house? ;D Yep, you heard right. We close on or before November 30. So I better git packin'! The photo is kinda small, but this the front view. Split level, 4 br, 2 bath, LR, DR, family room, and a music room/office for me that's big enough to set my PA up and leave it up.....and right by the door to the garage to load out for gigs. Awesome green Fescue lawn with sprinkler system and a pond in the back yard. I'll post the photo again in the morning.....maybe someone knows how to enlarge it a bit.
