An early good morning to all of us. I'm just now finishing an exciting day of vacuuming, dusting, and general house cleanup, more activity than I've been able to muster in almost two weeks. My flu is departing, albeit quite slowly. I also enjoyed the two NFL offerings yesterday/today, and look forward to tomorrow's lineup, especially Giants/Falcons. Also, will finally be cooking our Christmas ham, unless it's gone bad in the reefer. Next week brings continued job searching, debt restructuring, and finding an oxymoron, a responsible, yet inexpensive, roofer. Hope our Sunday is what we all expect it to be, with pleasant surprises thrown in for good measure. Good night and good morning.

Good morning. Walked 9 holes carrying my clubs again yesterday and shot an honest 49 which isn't great but it's the best I've done in a year and 10 shots less than last week. Came home, took a little nap and then did some yard work. It's good to be able to walk without pain again and get physically active again. Hope this keeps getting better. Now, if my fingernails grow out so I can play without fake nails all will be well.
Don, hope Rambo gets well.
Enjoy your Sunday.

Up. Watching Man United beat the crap out of Man City in Round Three of the FA Cup. No Joe Hart and a red card on Kompany at 13. Just watched Man City sink a penalty at 48 to make it 3-1, but with 10, it'll be hard. Translation available for certain Iowans upon request.

Good Morning Good People
Sunny and cool, other than that, no weather whatsoever.
Typical Sunday ahead. Planning to spend less evening/weekend time in the office this year.
Have a melodious post-Epiphany Sunday one and all.

Had a rough surprise last night. Leaving a restaurant, I decided to turn around and go another direction at a turn. . . . , and never saw the new median in the road. . . . , Bam, bam. . . . , double flats. had to get towed home to a local service station that won't be open until Monday. Hope it's only tires. Next on the downward spiral would be rims. And then undercarriage damage.
We'll see.

Slept very late. Busy day yesterday, although a good one, and I guess my body needed some z's. Good morning. Enjoy your day.

Morning.
John, the substitute guitarist gig should be fun, but I looked at the song list and couldn't find Substitute anywhere on it.
Marshall, sorry about your car. That happened to me about 30 years ago. Now I just stick to roads with averages in the middle.

Medians are the curse of drivers. Sorry to hear about your mishap, Marshall.
Sunday is chilly, survived another week of 2012. Who would thought I would live to see it?
Thinking of little Rambo and your family, Don. Hoping for a full recovery. He sounds like he will be fine. Puppies are made of rubber.

Those stupid medians are a reason why I don't like driving in the dark. It could have happened to me last night in Cedar Rapids. Kim's yelling "just pull out, quit crawling!" while I'm looking as close as I can to see if there's a median or not. There was, and I saw it, but not keeping those things painted in reflective yellow as a budget cut is not a good idea.

Heyyyyy......
Played one service, did lunch and a few groceries. Barb stayed home with Rambo. Kids went with me.
It's just a quiet afternoon for a vigil. We're all just taking turns sitting with Rambo. Hard to say just how this will turn out, but still hopeful.
