Yup, Happy St. Valentine's Day. I'm living dangerously this morning and although I left the card and candy on the kitchen table I'm meeting my usual Tuesday Morning golf group. I may live to regret the decision but it's warmer out this morning, Mary won't be up 'til 11 or so and I'll probably be home by 1.

Love that tune. I forgot about it again. Thanks. "Love is random careless and cruel. He don't take aim. He just bang, bang, bang!"

Good morning. May Cupid be with you. It's also the State of Arizona's 100th birthday. Glad you posted that. It made me look up New Mexico's birthday (1/6) because I've always wondered about how close my Father's birth was after statehood. He was born in Roswell, NM on 10/7/1912.

Good morning, all... Awakened to a nice little blanket of snow.
Yesterday was a little bit of a marathon... 4 hour drive followed by 4 hours in the city of ***** followed by a 4 hour drive. I spent about an hour at lunch, followed by a couple hours of interview, followed by an hour of drooling over instruments. I'm certainly not the only candidate, but I thought it went well. Now I'm off to figure out if I can afford to get out of my lease here. I'll also need to figure out if I can afford the difference in benefits from my current job. Next I'm off to my current job (at which I am happy) to install some 5th string banjo nuts and tuners followed by setups and pickup installs.
To cap off the day, I will be putting on a surprise performance on uke for a special someone. Yay!
P.S. I know it's not hard at all to figure out where I was interviewing (I tried to wave Tamarack's way, but I don't know if he could see me that far West of me) but I'm still in superstitious jinx mode and don't feel like spelling it all out on das interwebs.
P.P.S. Good luck and safe travels today, Kate.
