Good afternoon all.....
I've been nearby here all morning, doing a bit of laundry and playing some guitar. But mostly keeping an ear out for my email sounder. I should be getting proofs of Lonnie's artwork for the CD from Oasis CD sometime today. Gene uploaded the audio last night and I should get confirmation that it's OK today too. Then it goes to manufacturing.
All the while pondering what life will be like here starting next week. On Tuesday the 24th, Shay will turn 18.....and all indicators point to her eagerly awaited (by her) and most definitely unprepared for departure. She will have no job, no phone, no car.....she will have about $300, her clothes, and an iPod Touch. Well.....she'll have her laptop but it's dead. Wouldn't power up the other day when she got it out.
