Mornin', folks! Snapped awake at 3 ayem, hoping for a few more hours of z time. I pine for the days of 8 uninterrupted hours.
"Wish in one hand, shit in the other and see which one fills up quicker."
Edit: Yay! I got 4 more hours - woulda been more, but a friend called from Colombia at 8 ayem letting me know about an investment opportunity - cocaine just $3 a gram. Thanks a lot - not!

Good morning. It's a little cool here this morning but supposed to warm up later. rain forecast all week so I'll have to mow today before I get back to practicing for the gig next Saturday and open mic Wednesday. On the up side my broken fingernails are just at the point where they're usable and strong enough, except for classical and I may be able to get away without fake nails for the first time since November. I'll give them 'til Wednesday and make a decision. The 3rd finger may just need a little super glue extension. Have a good Sunday.

Mornin', folks! Snapped awake at 3 ayem, hoping for a few more hours of z time. I pine for the days of 8 uninterrupted hours. "Wish in one hand, shit in the other and see which one fills up quicker." I slept well again last night. It wasn't exactly 8 hours uninterrupted, but i'm happy with 3 or 4 hours at a time for an overall total of 8 to 10 hours. I just feel bad for Jadene. I can't get out of bed or the recliner without help, so every time i get up, so does she. She's been taking care of me around the clock for the last ten days. I owe her, big time.

Good Morning Good People
A beautiful late spring/early summer day in store. Off to church, thence to Festival of the Arts in downtown Grand Rabbits to stuff ourselves with ethnic food and maybe take in some music.
Have a sincere Sunday one and all.

This place really is perfect for the art fair and for the "monster jam." sure wish I could be there. Pick one for us, John.

Up. I slept in. It was glorious.
I saw it was El McMeen's birthday, but he hasn't posted since '08. I'm not sure he reads here anymore. If he does, Happy Birthday, Sir!

Is Muskrat considered ethnic food out there or is that just down-river Detroit?
