Sounds like any well-behaved american kid (on edit--actually far more mature for his age), but his grand-dad was Kim Jong-Il, and his uncle is Kim Jong-Eun (present 'dictator' of DPRK).
Actually, Kim Jong-Eun was educated in europe, too, so this kid could maybe be a stand-in for his uncle?
