Anyone seen this one? I'm going to allocate some of my meager resources to see an entertaining movie, and this one looks promising. Am I right? Any other suggestions?

Nope. Go see it. Tell me if I should.
I rarely go to theaters, but this one's on my "Must Redbox" list.

It was on my list but it didn't come to our city, so I'll pick it up later on line.

Denzel always seems to carry his movies. I saw his train wreck movie and it kept me on the edge of my seat, his new plane wreck movie should do the same.
If it were my money, I'd go see Daniel Day-Lewis in Lincoln instead. opens today.

T-bob, a number of years back there was a IMAX movie about flight. I don't remember what it was called, but it was great. If you ever get the chance...

I haven't seen it. A friend said good performance but she didn't like the ending.

I hear it's well done, but a disturbing character study. Denzel is supposed to be great. (as almost always).

Think I saw it in Huntsville, Alabama at The Space Center - 11 years ago. Whatever it was, it too was outstanding. I also bought a copy - damned if I know where it is now.

And Denzel is FABULOUS. I thought the ending was perfect. Denzel will be up for Best Actor. No doubt. He plays a complex character sober, drunk, on drugs, tired, alert, in total control, totally out of control, dancing on the edge, with fantastic aplomb.
