Good morning. 149 is under 150, Paul and that ain't bad. Bob, keep getting better. Opening day is coming soon.
9 holes of golf yesterday, some from the back 9 and some from the front because the rest were still to flooded to play. Lots of mud. Shot 54 but in those conditions I don't feel too bad about it. Cooler today but no rain so I'll give the course some time to dry and maybe start the yard cleanup if I find some ambition somewhere.

Here in sunny South Florida, we are looking at highs in the sixties. It is March for goodness sake. I didn't even bring a sweater. But that is ok, Mom is running the heat. (thank goodness for ceiling fans).

Good Morning Good People
Good to see the Yankees logo to start a Saturday! \ Cold and sunny. Lots of ice from a wet snow early in the week, meltage unlikely. Report writing today and preparations for a gathering of Dawn's side of the family.
Have a stupendous Saturday one and all.

Good morning... night... whatever... Good to see you, T-Bob!!
This will have meaning for some of you (those on the rock end of the Soundhole spectrum) and none whatsoever for others... but, for the duration of my little tour overseas, in addition to being the opening act, I have become an official member of the headliner's band... tonight it was my honor to be on stage and perform "Goin' Down" with the man who wrote it. Big fun...

Big fun... Good morning to all, especially to T-Bob and Mr. Knight. Lonnie, what is it like to be an Altitude-American in a land of diminutive persons? Do you walk about, gazing down upon a sea of shiny black heads? Do they ask you for directions owing to your unique vantage point? Lovely winterish day here. I have some errands to accomplish this morning and then may scoot over to Dave's Brew Farm in Outer Cheezolia to exchange a tragically empty growler for a freshly filled one. Marty, Radtke -- interested? They are open from 3 to 7. Tomoro my hope is to drive down to Wabasha and take in a program and viewing at the National Eagle Center, then cross over to Nelson for a late lunch and meander back home on the Wisconsin side. Significant snow is forecast for Monday ... hmmm, March ....

Good to see you starting the thread T-bob!

Finally coming back to the real world after a work week of 12 hour workdays, etc. Only hitch is, I'm "on call" till next Saturday, so I've got to stay available if the pager goes off. Ugh.
We played golf this morning and had our first really warm and sunny day in a while--87 degrees and dry! It felt great! Last week I was wearing insulated winter gloves out there. Tomorrow it's supposed to drop 15 degrees and maybe drizzle.
We put up a golf hitting net in the back yard (one of Gary's birthday gifts). It is a real contraption. It's like a camping dome tent with floppy mesh instead of tight nylon fabric. We had to tether it down with guy lines so it won't blow over. (If anyone sneaks into our back yard in the dark, they'll be trapped like a bug in a spider web.)
