Some sort of playing field for a sporting event, t-bob? I was in such a place a few times for concerts and thought they were an interesting design for music and then someone told me they were designed, not for music, but for a type of game in which adult males wore uniforms and where two teams face each other in a contest of skill involving throwing, catching and hitting a spheroid thrown at great speed with a stick of some sort. I was amazed that adults would do such a thing but I was informed that there are many such places around the country and many different groups, or "teams" if you will, of adult males who partake in the events for the amusement of crowds of people. While it is a game they are playing, the adults are referred to as "professionals" and this seems to be their major source of income. I would think those parks or fields would be better suited for picnics, music and bike riding around the paths that have been established in a somewhat triangular shape in the mid-section of the grounds. But that is just me.
Enjoy the day.

Good morning. It's pleasant out. I'd thought I'd have to spend today working to catch up, but I made so much progress yesterday that I don't. Enjoy your day.

Bob and his son Graham are on their way to see the Yankees game today. They're heading in early to catch 'batting practice' as well.

Good Morning Good People
Yet another pleasant morning. I did a lot of field work this week so today is a desk day. Strange to say, but I would rather be doing home repairs.
Have a splendid Saturday one and all.

Morning
I'll have customers coming round in about a hour so I better get some breakfast in me.
Part 12 of Millring's H1260 was posted last night after 3 failed attempts. Photobucket was having Java script problems and kept crashing my browser. Which caused me to lose all post progress.
Made Millring's Favorite Summer Dinner last night, that stuff is pretty darn good, filling too.

Nothing much on the table today. Crappy week at work. I shall play guitar and feel better. Today I think I'll mess with trying to edit a video, by recording the video separate from the audio, and try to blend.

Yet another in a long string of gorgeous, not-humid summer days, and I am gonna spend most it here: blog.mcnallysmith.edu/lgf13/schedule/where there will be great music, local beers and food, all amid a delightful setting. Lowertown is getting more and more difficult for finding a parking space, though, so I am delighted that thanks to a new bus line on Lexington Ave near my house, I can hop on a bus and ride down to the new light-rail line that connects Mpls and St Paul and glide on down to Union Station, just like in the days of yore.

Good afternoon, peoples. Claire went back to Mizzou today for her second year. Kathy ran her out to Columbia because I was kind of under the weather. I took the opportunity to clean out Claire's room, to include cleaning the bathroom.
I have scheduled a rabies booster for Monday. I swear, for a very brief moment about 19 years ago, I thought, given I had a daughter, I wouldn't have to worry about slobbiness.
As they say on the internet, "BWAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"
Yours, from Estrogenia.

Finished 10 days of grandkids. Here are the granddaughters Corrine, Claire, and Lenore with a Martin kit my son Matt made in 1996 and gave to me as a surprise. He then ordered me a kit and talked me through it and the rest is history. The boys stayed in the house but Claire and the little girls slept in a Scamp trailer I borrowed from a friend. That thing was really cool!! It was amazing what was crammed inside that little bubble.
