Morning
Early doctor's appointment and then out to breakfast, I see a little bacon in my future.
Going to rain starting tonight, that will continue all week, then it will probably start to snow, Winter is coming.

Cool here today. Feels like fall for sure. Might be a good day to try to get a bit of the yard cleaned up. Now, if I can just find someone to do it.
Enjoy.

G'mornin' - the house I'm renting has in floor (radiant) heating, which when it's been going all winter I hardly notice, but this morning I woke up to a funny noise from the utility room, the heat came on for the first time this fall - guess winter's on the way.

Going to rain starting tonight, that will continue all week, then it will probably start to snow, Winter is coming. I think snow should be relegated to page 7 along with that other global scourge. Had a fun gig at Dunn Brothers on Grand in St. Paul last night. Had a horrible night's sleep, a Charles Clydesdale in my calf that lasted a half hour. Lots of work today. Carry on...

It's catching Lonnie. I was woke up at 3:30 with charlie horse in my calf so bad I couldn't walk. Even now hours later it is still hurting just not crippling. Keep your damn Clydesdales up there with your snow.

Sitting having breakfast after a 7:00am dental appointment. Old no. 15 now sports its own crown.
Lots of music to learn and brush up on today for a wedding on Saturday.
Fiddlerina's cataract surgery tomorrow at 6:00am.

g'mornin'
Spent two hours last night kicking other people as well as some very large leather bags. Today? Pain.
So, apparently Tom Brady sucks now? When did that happen?

I've been having some Plantar Tendon problems, I was in agony some nights. Terry showed me some simple exercises that not only made an huge improvement in my foot pain but I stopped having charlie horses at night too. www.athletico.com/2012/05/09/plantar-fasciitis-solutions/

Mark--remind Joy that an early-morning procedure is a good thing--you want the surgeon while he's still fresh.

Saw my gastroenterologist today. I'm 4 years overdue for a followup colonoscopy so he scheduled that for next Wednesday. Then I complained of acid reflux and he wants to do an endoscopic investigation of my esophagus so he said he's throw that in at the same time. I hope he does the endoscope first. I didn't ask.
