Another one I heard on the Beeb is a restaurant owner who said when stuff started happening, a group of protesters encircled her place and locked arms, preventing the looter/burners from getting to her place.

It's good to hear the stories about the good people doing good down there. Ferguson, from what I'm hearing, is a proud community that didn't ask for or invite any of this nonsense.

While I commiserate with the anger, there was a photo of the looters walking out with armloads of stuff, with a caption that said, yes, what a great way to fight back against oppression and injustice, by destroying small businesses.
Thankfully there are kind people in the world. Just as there are those who simply wait for opportunities to destroy things. It's at least one good story out of this mess.

There was a gofundme site set up for her. www.gofundme.com/NataliesCakesnMoreAs of right now, they have raised $246,786 of the requested $20,000 to help her bakery. There are 7,582 people all over the world who have donated. Some as low as $5. The average is a little over $30. In the time it took me to write this, she got $60 more.
