Good morning. Happy Valentines Day. Usually I would have candy and a card for the wife but I've been kind of tied up lately. I think she'll understand. Got the staples and stitches out yesterday and the holes papered over, he pasted paper tape all over my belly that I'm just supposed to leave there until it falls off on its own. I get more twinges and pulls from the tape than I did from the stitches. No lifting, pulling or pushing for another month but no dietary restrictions and I did have a Scotch and water last night to celebrate. I was allowed to drive home but there's no sense driving anywhere if I can't pick up anything. I asked the surgeon if I could chip and putt and he said probably so I said "Great, I never could before".
I asked about a DR-100 guitar the other day. The guy brought it over last night and it's really a DR-150. It's probably a good beginner guitar for the price. The action is a little high but it just needs a setup. The intonation is OK and the neck is narrow and Gibson-ish. Fit and finish looked good although it shows some signs of wear. I'll probably wind up helping him learn to play it.
Cold out and I have the aux gas heat running. No signs of Spring in the forecast but at least I'm not in Massachusetts.
Have a good day.

Happy Valentines Day. Gonna spend the day helping son move his family across town before the blizzard hits, then taking my Valentine to dinner at Canterbury Shaker Village. Long day.

Happy Valentines Day, all.
Off to wail on some kids later.
Then moving some stuff for a friend, then new brakes on the Silverado if I have time, then sexytime Valentines stuff.

Happy V-Day. Patti and I are going to the Mystery Cafe this evening. 3 course dinner and a comedy murder mystery entitled "Chase Taylor and the Temple of Idiots," written by and staying my friend Lee Adams. He's a brilliantly funny man, should be a good time. I handle their website. I designed the poster... (yes, I'm boasting, but I really do like this one)

Good Morning Good People
Cold with lots of snow blowing around. Snowblower time and office time ahead. Almost out of the woods with an issue with the U.S. EPA. (If anyone is having trouble sleeping, give me a call and I will tell you all about Quality Assurance Project Plans, PARCCS, etc.)
Other than hiding a few chocolate bars for Dawn to find, and duct-taping a small box of chocolates to Ana's door, we don't do Valentines Day around here. Mizz Lola is with her other grandparents and probably heavily chocolated.
Have a sensational snowy Saturday one and all.

Good morning. It snowed! Imagine that.
Lars and I are off to the Sauble Golf Club for Valentine concert and dinner this evening. This is the first time we have actually paid attention to Valentine's Day in all of our 18 years. The band is Beckon - Swan Jammers will remember our mini-concert with Beth and Connie!

Morning
-2F and windy, so -24F with the wind chill out there today. Good day not to go anywhere but being what day it is people will. Me too because I left my vest at the Podium yesterday so I will have to brave the cold and go get it before they close today.
Antibiotics working nicely on my infected jaw, energy level is way up and I feel good.
Found a box of dark chocolate truffles on my desk this morning, I didn't get her anything but since she is still abed I'll bring her breakfast in to her.

G'mornin' - it's 50 headed to 52, hooray for temperate climates Shades of grey ? ? ? ? Happy Valentine's Day. Went to the motorcycle show. Fell in love with the Indian Scout. You all can buy me one. I bought myself a couple of cool tee shirts, instead. Also went to the podiatrist. My foot problem is a bone spur in the left big toe joint; which I injured by hyperextending the toe under when I tried to jamb my foot into a shoe after a hike last summer. Surgery is scheduled for early March. I'll be back in top form by summer hiking season. Also came home and had a nice Valentine interlude with my lovely honey. Just exercised and getting ready to head off to the liquor store before having a group of people over for a VD party. We'll be playing the Newlywed game. "If people from Poland are called poles, what will your spouse say people from Holland are called?"Dutch, of course.
